fork seal driver pvc pipe size?
hey guys, my fork seals are leaking and i need to replace them what size pvc pipe do i need to make a fork seal driver. i just cant see spending the money on a motion pro set when im not gonna use it alot. also is there any other special tools im gonna need for the job. plus how much fork oil and what type. ive never done fork seals before. any help would be great. thanks

I'd just measure your fork diameter (just guessing 1.5" ~ 2.00" ID PVC)
As for the oil, look it up in your shop manual ... please tell me you have a Clymer/Haynes manual.
Special tool ... you may wanna invest in one of these if you cant borrow one from a friend.

This will most likelly be needed along with a metric allen socket to break the screw that is in the bottom of the fork. I was able to break one side by hand but the other we needed the impact driver. The screws use loctite so thats why they are so hard to break and easy to strip the head. Oh, you'll wanna have loctite blue on hand when reinstalling those same screws.
