I was wondering if anyone has thought of or tried to cut out the back of their headlight and stick a projector lense in there. I have 99 merc cougar headlight w/ 2 projector lenses in it. Under further inspection of my headlight, i found out that there was a couple of holes drilled in the bottom already. I need to replace it, but I was thinking of gluing and then siliconing the lense into place. Also, our bikes take a h4 bulb, but the proj. lenses take either 9005 or 9006 bulbs. I will have to mod that also. Anyone think that this is a good idea?????? comments???

bump for this, i am thinking about doing this very soon, im just concered with the stock headlight being too cloudy for the light to properly pass through. Im going to try to sand it and it all else fails try to make a new cover.
