Hello there, I have recently purchased a 1998 CBR600F and have taken the rear fairing off to inspect underneath.
When I reassembled the fairing it did not align correctly together above the tail light.
I am unsure of how to solve this and any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Can you send a picture? It can be a tad bit wonky in that area.
