anyone ever do this? howcomplicated is it? or was it fairly easy?just want some idea.

 

Pretty easy, gotta pull all the fairings off, remove the gauges, then remove the wiring harness and anything attached to the old fairing stay, then just unbolt the fairing stay and reverse the process. Might help to take pictures of the wiring harness before you remove it so you know how it goes back on.
