Default F3 Radiator ?'s

I just bought my F3 a few weeks ago. While going through all the fluid checks, I cant find the radiator cap. I only have the left side fairing off at this time, so that could be why I didn't see it. Any help with that would be appreciated. Anyway, the overflow bottle is only filled to the "Lower" mark. Should I fill it up? I know you shouldn't mix different kinds of coolents and I don't know what the previous owner was running, should I flush the radiator and start with fresh coolent? What coolent should I run?

Sorry, I have lots of questions. I'm a nood and I do all of my own maintainance on my bikes so I'm going to have lots of questions.

Rad cap is on the right side homie, where the fuses are. Could just add distilled water, unless you wanna flush it all out and put fresh in it.

Caps on the right. If you're over 20k miles, flush the radiator. If you're under, just top it off. Buy a coolant that says "can be mixed with any color coolant," like Peak Long-Life. Remember to follow the mixing directions on the bottle, if any. I usually fill up about half way.
