sounds great cant wait to see some pics of the progress... I am really interested in how it will turn out.. I would like to take on the challenge some day....

Sorry about the wait on pics guys, i needed to weld up some chassis torsional rigs for our formula (fsae) car. Got some pics of the motorsports facility i use when im not in class...

torsional rig i welded up (used to hang waits from the chassis to see how much twist the chassis has when exposed to a certain force...

Well, finished the subframe. Also bought a 3rd set of forks that were in good working order for mock up. had my friend from Ohlins come over and help me get the bike together. Trying to get it together as a mock up stage so i can get it running and make sure everything fits etc then take it all apart for paint.

Still have a bunch of work to do. My main goal was to get the tank and tails body lines to line up. The tank angle is a bit much for me (and my nuts) so i'll see how i want to deal with it later on...

If you need to keep the tail like that to match up with the tank, then maybe a lowering kit is inorder so you can change the angle the tails at without rewening the way it matches up with the tank ?

Debating leaving it naked and throwing on a fighter headlight... we'll see...

Agreed, but we'll see. Kind of like the cleanness of a bike with front fairings... We'll see...
