Exclamation F3 Front Forks

How do I raise the front, It sits roughly 2" from the stops, (at the top of the forks) I was to raise the bike, up or atleast somewhat stock height. also with the rear. with a 14" swingarm, any help?

The front should be a simple as supporting the frame and loosening the tripple clamp bolts to let the forks slide down that 2". As for the rear, you'll have to see if there is an aftermarket "dogbone" in the linkage that was used to lower the bike. My guess is that with that 14" stretch, the rear suspension may have been way altered to make up for the crazy leverage.
