would a f4i front fender fit a f3? my bike doesnt have one and i know a guy with a f4i fender.

 

are you saying just an f4i front with the rest being f3? or a full swap?

just a fender, not a full swap. i did a search and couldnt find if a f4i front fender (only the fender) would bolt to a f3. im keeping the rest of my f3 fairings, but i need a front fender and know a guy with an extra f4i front fender he said he'd sell me cheap.in that swap he didnt swap a front f4i fender.

 

not saying it cant be done. but it would definitely take heavy modification. by no means would it be a bolt on swap. i think one that i saw, the guy cut the backs (sides closest to the side fairings) off both an f3 and f4i front, then molded the back from the f3 onto the front fascia from the f4i. which im sure took a crap ton of fiberglass, bondo, and skill/experience working with those materials/customizing.

 

Just curious...Have you tried looking up other compatible fenders? I got the same bike and was in the same boat not too long ago. My fiance just yesterday put on a front fender that came off a 94 CBR 1000F. He didn't have to do any major mods to get it on either.
