ebay had a really nice ( brand new) set of fairings that were for the 97-98 F3. They were painted orange and were the Repsol fairings. I have never seen them for that before, but it looked good!!! Kinda pricey though.. I think they were like 800-1000 shipped, but that came with every piece of plastic on the whole bike..

i saw those, and fell in love with them...but again...very pricey, and i dont think they just go on like your old plastics...it was fiberglass i believe...

yeah i saw those too. They were made of fiberglass, and i am trying to stay away from it. I had a terrible time with the cheetah racing body i bought. Those repsol fairings said that they may need to be modified to fit, and i dont have the time, skill, or patience.[:@]

I SAW THE REPSOL FAIRINGS SET AND A BEUTIFUL YELLOW SET SOLD BUY THE SAME GUY. wreckordbreaker IS CORRECT ON THE FIBERGLASS AND THEY ARE PRICEY IN MY EYES IF YOU HAVE TO MESS AROUND WITH MODIFYING THEM. ONE CAUTIOUS THING I LOOKED AT THOUGH WAS HIS AD ON BOTH REPSOL AND THE YELLOW WHERE IDENTICAL..........IT STATED BRAND NEW BUT WITH MINOR SCRATCH THAT CAMERA WOULDN'T EVEN SHOW??????????? THAT SCARED ME CAUSE HOW COULD 2 DIFFERENT SETS BE " NEW" WITH SCRATCHES UNLESS THE COMPANY WAS JUST TRYIN TO SAVE THERE OWN BUTTS FOR RETURN POLICIES... .. AND YES FINDING FAIRINGS IS A PAIN. ESPECIALLY FOR ME PURPLE/ BLACK. IF YOU FIND EM USED ON EBAYTHEY ARE COSTLY AND YOU HAVE TO SAND AND PAINT THEM TO MATCHANYWAYS. SO HOPEFULLY THERE IS INDEED A COMPANY OUT THERETHAT FAIRINGS JUST SNAP AND SCREW ON LIKE OEM..IDON'T BELEIVE SO. JUST MY 2 CENTS

I've bought some fairing from targa-acc.com It's not fiberglass, it's plastic just really thick plasitc. I like how it's flexible aswell. Haven't had a complaint yet.

the company is milwauke cycle salvage. i dont know where they got the farings for my bike but I didnt have to modify or do anything to all holes where pre drilled taps where there the whole bit. the price was reasonable also. but they do come unpainted.

milwaukee cycle salvage is located in milwaukee wisconsin.

I am probably going to just order the 2 lower just cause. for the tail I would goto sharkskinz though.
