I think you need to look a little closer at the manual. The idle jets on page 5-2 are #40, not #140, and yes they are smaller, much smaller. The higher the number, the larger the hole.
If you can't get anything through one that doesn't have a screwdriver slot, then just keep working at it. I'm assuming that you're removing the paper/plastic from the twistie tie right ? It should essentially look like this when done. http://i52.photobucket.com/albums/g2...s/DSC04174.jpg http://i52.photobucket.com/albums/g2...s/DSC04169.jpg YES this is exactly what im writing about. and yes i remove the plasic from the twistie tie. but i cannot get into that tiny hole, it is clogged badly. i dunno what to use cause the twistie bends and warps cause its too clogged. also any reason why two out of the four sets of carbs are either jetted or bigger needles? |
that pocket drill looks baller. does anyone know what size that hole is and, how far do i go into it?

Make sure you're using the smallest twistie tie that you can find. This is the size of the one I was using. 0.0165" or 0.42mm. Attachment 58841 |
