$300 hair dryer? No thanks. But, i bet if you combined this with the 30+HP chip on ebay, and, the tornado that you put in the intake tube, you could get some serious power

It would make a little power off idle...hahaha...but it won't keep up as the tach needle swings past 3000rpm...it will actually be a hinderance I would think.

A "regular" turbocharger spins over 100,000 rpm....and thats what it takes to feed extra air to a 600cc engine spinning at 13,000 rpm. In college we put turbo's and FI on old hurricane and FZR motors...it takes lot of turbo to feed them air at high rpm's...

OK im new here and the owner of 98 600 F3 and my bike before i took possesion had a garrett t3 turbo big mouth on it. My uncle owned t he bike before me and took the turbo off so i wouldnt kill my self in his words. Before the bike was turboed, My so called friend stole the bike and got chased by the police as layed it down going 90 MPH. After he got it back from impound he had it painted from, Red and Black to 95 thunderbird silver. Then he had put a $3000 turbo on it the heaas a home made header from a perfesional header maker. was a test item that my uncle wanted to test so he bought it. After all said and done it was keeping up with busa's on low end and slightly passing on top end. now coming from a 600 thats impressive. The bike had some bad lag before 4000 rpm but after it shot like a rocket. i have pics frome before and after, but no pics of the rash from when it was layed down. Now when my u ncle had every thing done last season he layed it down himself doing like 40MPH on wiskey rd on long island NY so as of right now the clutch side of the bike has some rash but very small.

Well when he installed the turbo it came from a guy from the internet it was a test item for the f3 and it was a success home made header a garrett big mouth turbo carbs had been jetted and rebuilt airbox was a cast aluminum man made to fit the f3 sealed with one pipe leading to it from the turbo it had lag under 4000 rpm but after was a rocket as for the carbs they were just rebuilds with big jets for the boost was only kicking 4 and a half psi

Do you have any pictures of the airbox/carb area? That would be most excellent.
