How much are the Ebay R/Rs?

I saw the Honda OEM were $172 and I'd prefer to not pay that much. (Or go with Suzuki if that is better).

Also are there ways to make a more powerful charging system on the F3 that would allow for more accesorries? Such as heated grips and extra headlights for more light since I ride my bike at night as much as I do during the daytime(And deer tend to jump out in front of me).
