DynoJet Kit Vs Factory Pro Kit
the K&N air filter is a great filter when you put a jet kit on the bike because it allows a lot more air to pass through the filter than any factory filter does only bad part about the K&N is that you HAVE TO OIL AND CLEAN PROPERLY at least every oil change if not than your defeating the purpose if you don't oil it rite than all you doing is sucking dirt into your motor. the reason you might hear bad things about this filter is because its not made for off road at all it sucks to much dirt in and you have problems that's when its best to go with UNI foam filter but as far as having K&N i never had a problem and Ive noticed a difference on my bike before and after i put the jet kit in. remember
the more fuel you dump the more air you need put to much of both than the more fire you need and bigger exhaust basic components of a motor at least thats my theory dont quote me on it.

well i type how i talk and im from southern Louisiana ha ha. take it how it is just trying to help out by giving the mechanic knowledge that i know about. but ill try better on the sentence structure thing i suck at writing as you can see its bad enough i have to spell check the hell out of myself
i have a K&N but i don't know what to tell ya in the smoothness range... mine runs super lean.

I'm a proud owner of an hornet 600 1998. My precious.
Recently I've installed 4 single air filters in a stock carbs with a full Leo vince exhaust.
but it stalls .
I've read that stage 3 dynojet it's recommended.
but at the same time they said that 4 single air filters won't do nothing...
As anyone made a similar upgrade?
should I revert to a single air filter? Like k&n?
