so this weekend, instead of fully celebrating july 4th, i decided to copy the DMV road test course.

i set it up on an empty parking space and practiced 2hrs on sat and sun.

congrats! I'd look into a riders course when you get the extra cash / time, i've been riding for a while and I learned quite a bit from them, and the MSF card saves me some cash on my insurance.

 

i agree. im saving money right now for the course. $250 is a lot to fork out at the moment. i just had to get the license so i can have a good transportation to work.

I still refuse to accept that the MSF charges $250 in your state. Please double-check:

Get a couple hundred miles under your belt, and take their Intermediate course. There's always seats open, so you can get in this late in the season.

 

My God. . . . . the road test I took was W A Y harder! I had to do like 8 different things! WTF?

 

NY has a dumb road test. right turn left turn right turn right turn 2 circles left 2 figure eights 2 circles right and then left turn left turn right turn left turn and your done.

 

in mass its 250. just how it goes. but thats not the road test through the dmv.
