Did they ever make a green F3?
I'm going to checkout a "green" f3 this weekend, I'll post pics, thinking about buying it for a first bike but I think the 3500 sounds too high, we'll see. My uncle has bought 4 bikes off the guy, he has been doing it for 17 years but the "orginal" "lime green" paint dosen't seem to exist, can anybody find me a picture of a 95 f3 with this paint scheme from the factory?
Thanks and wish me luck =)

There certainly wasn't a Lime Green F3 in 95. I too am sure the plastics have been painted. I'm always leary of bikes that have been painted. Sometimes it's to hide it's history. $3500 is pretty high for a 95. Check around to see what they're going for. A 98 in excellent condition would fetch that price, but I would think closer to $2500 would be more the mark. Good luck.

Alright, checked it out today, pretty cool bike. Its the white base with purple and green flares or something. Its factory. However it looked like it was dropped, non moving, and it looks like no one tried to fix it (original). He claims it has a full (600 dollar) exhaust and jet kit, some guy's name was the brand. Any way I can verify that without receipts? He also said it has had the cam chain tensionered or a new gear (75 dollar part?) put in on the side at the dealer where he works. Supposedly this needs done every 15,000 miles or so on these bikes? My uncle really likes the guy but NADA says the bike should high retail for 2800, with the helmet i might be able to justify 3 but he is trying to put it in the paper for 3995 at the end of this week. I'm going to college in 6 weeks but I do really want a bike, at the same time I'm still stuck with this rx7 i bought and never did anything with, need to get rid of that too. Oil was "just changed with cam gear", rubber looks good, brakes are 50% left he said, what else should I look for? I hate to jew the guy down but I refuse to get ripped off.

What ever you do don't rush into it just because you want a bike within 6 weeks, remember this bike will have to last you probably quite a while. And there are loads of these bikes up for sale so you can afford to be fussy and wait for the right one at the right price to come along. In the UK a really good 98 FW will fetch about £2100 (about $4200) and an older rougher model will go for about £1300 (about $2600) but the bikes seem cheaper in the US but then again everything seems cheaper in the US
