Did I bleed the brakes improperly?

Did I bleed the brakes improperly?
So after finally getting my bleeder valve, I was able to install everything, align my wheels, bleed my brakes and so on. So I took it out on a ride and the wheel moves straight with no problems thanks to the string alignment, thanks to that fella that helped me with that link.
Now I'm checking the rear brakes. The rear brakes feel soft, so soft that I couldn't low side if I tried to. I would drive around my neighborhood at around 25 and stop ASAP as if something was coming out of no where. Using both front and rear brakes, the front brake is still strong, that I haven't touched yet. While my rear brakes feel really soft, because I Fed it up? I would press extremely hard on my rear brake and it would only feel about 15% of the front brake's stopping power. I used the old tube and wrench way and I'm thinking about buying a MityVac after this .. or just paying 80 for a mechanic to do it ..
Regardless, I just need some help or some kind of tips.

I dont know if you've already taken this into consideration, but the front brake is 70% of the bikes stopping power. Not to mention there is only one rotor on the rear and two on the front. I use my rear brake as a compliment to the front, it's not supposed to be as strong as the front, just helps out.

Yeah, I know. I still feel as if the rear brake is so soft... maybe too soft .. The lines are hard .. I didn't see any bubbles when I was about done bleeding it .. I've read all the tips that I should maybe have the brake pressed down for a night and see how that goes. ..Maybe I can get someone that rides to see if my rear brakes are too soft or if it's just me from not riding in so long.

Another thing to check is if the brake pedal is bottoming out on the exhaust. I've seen different manufacturers of exhaust systems route the pipes close to the pedal. When pressing the rear brake pedal, it hits at the bottom of the stroke and prevents full actuation. Not real common, but an easy visual to check.
