RE: Decal Placement
you could look at one of the parts places like ron ayers or bikebandit and look in the individualfiche for the decals, or probably the less frustrating way would be just to check out some folks profile on here and find the angle you are looking for and use that as your reference. Other than that I can't think of any where, maybe wikipedia if you are lucky???? good luck..

RE: Decal Placement
Are you putting the OEM decals back on from Honda ? If so, the factory decals come with index marks on them that help with the alignment of them. Along the edge of the sheet that they come on there are notches cut into the side. That helps with placement of the decal on the bike. Usually they line up with either the edge of the fairing, or some ridge molding. It's not that difficult to get them into the correct place if you have a general idea of where they go. Here's an example of what happened when my wifes F3 fell over in a parking lot.
Then after it was painted by my friend. The color was an exact match. It's hard to tell in the photo, but it's the Uranus Violet color, not blue.
Then after the application of the decals. Notice the Frame slider... nothing like closing the barn door after the horses get out eh !
Good luck with yours... Let us know if you've got any other questions.
