It's a 97 F3 not an RR.

by, "if it's the r/r, get one from a gixxer750," he meant if the regulator/rectifier is your problem, do the gixxer conversion.

I personally have the 2007 yamaha r6s r/r in mine (conversion wasn;t tough)

On a side note, I did put one from a gsxr in mine. apparently from what i've read, the stock honda ones suck.

do a member search for IDODIRT, and look for his post on doing the conversion. He did one and wrote a very nice DIY on it.
