Damn F3 stay...

Is there any other stay that is compatible with f3 upper fairings and f2 gauges? I cannot find the damn f3 stay anywhere. checked a few places but they want like 250 for it and i think that is expensive.

What about a brand new Stay for $133.59 + shipping ? Would that be expensive ? Yes, it is expensive, but it's brand new, not some used one off a bike you know nothing about.
