Ok, I don't really like the headlight (compared to the F4i, hate the cyclops look), or the mirrors, or the rear fender. What can I do about those?

 

nothing really man just live with it or buy you some race farings... if you don't like the body.....

 

ya i agree with ya about the headlight but i dont think theres much we can do with that. i took the rubber condoms off my mirrors and painted the stens black, looks way better. i also cut the fender off and used an intergrator for the signals. http://www.bikepics.com/members/grwilson6/96cbr600/

 

You can repaint the whole bike and make it look how you want. I did[8D]As for the headlights, I bought a vinyl decal made for the F3's that makes the single headlight look double. then I painted a custom design on the front (sides of the headlight) that made it flow really well and kind lok like dual headlights. I will post pics tomorrow of my bike.

 

I got pig-spotter mirrors off ebay, they are shaped like cylinders and hug the hug pretty well, search ebay for pig-spotting mirrors....

 

hey Dave, can you post up some pics of the pig spotters mounted? Also, i've heard they don't function that well. I do the like the look of the mirrors without the rubber condom boots whatever you call em. I think i'm gonna pull mine off. Personally, i think those things date the bikes. Good idea!! I know what my next mod is.

i put 2 projector head lights in race fairings on my f2 and it looks great. i got them from www.oppracing.com
they make the BEST body parts you can buy. including carbon fiber.

 

I need to take some pictures still, but your right- the functionality of the mirrors is horrible.. U almost have to learn how to use them. Tmirror part is the size of a half dollar and I personally cant see behind me because of my big arms, but I can kinda see to the sides but not near as good of visability as the stock mirrors! But hey they look good though! I'll have pics up soon!

you could always put an f4i bodywork headlight. and tail and seats on the bike.
