What I am saying is if you removed the TPS from the carbs. There is a small 1/8" peice of "keyed" plastic that can fall out.

Not really. It is in between part 16 and the carb. If you pulled the TPS off the carb body, it is a small piece that mates the TPS to the carb movement.

alright so the Speedometer plug on the left side of the frame of the bike (i think thats what it is if i'm not mistaken) was not plugged in all the way cause when i plugged that back in fully with some clamps it clicked into place and then the bike ran "fine" (still hesitated a little bit but ran through all the gears and revved up no problem. BUT Speedometer still doesn't read out still. :/

going to take it around the block and on a few errands close by before i take it on a longer journey to work.

That plug is the TPS sensor plug if I am not mistaken. That would explain the running problem. Let us know.

As for the speedo, check the speed sensor cabling that comes out of the top of the transmission.

Yea I'ma bout to take it for another spin to check it again but no real changes. Spedo plug/wires are good and were not messed with or unplugged during carb cleaning, only the TPS plug and got that plugged in and we will see how it runs. Seems to run better once if warms up if I'm not mistaken and get better throttle response.
