My brother bought a 96 cbr f3 and it needed a front fender my buddie had a f2 but it did not fit i was looking on e bay and just want to make sure that the 97-98 fender will fit i know that they changed the body a little can anyone help. and maybe some one has one in the states

I believe that the differences are more related to air-duct work/engine enhancement
than body work for the changes from the 95-96 to the 97-98 series F3's.

Hopefully someone else will have a more definative answer.

I know the tail sections and the seat were changed for 97-98. As far as front fender, I have no idea .

 

Fender's are same 95-98, the change for air flow came from the f2 to the f3, they had to change the fender to direct the air into the ram air system on the f3.
