Got some work done on the fairings. finishing up some sanding and smoothing out and priming. Ill get some pics up soon. Waiting for them to arrive in my email. Still figuring out what to do for a paint scheme. My wheels are black and the frame is stock. Thinking of doing something like all white with some black parts or something. Not sure. Any inspiration is appreciated!

 

Well here are pics. A lot of them. I went with a "iron" color paint. Looks grey with a green shade to it almost. Will probably add white stripe/design to them. Havent figured it out quite yet. I am trying to decide on how to mount the muffler. let me know what you guys think. I will probably be doing risers and some different bars, not dirty bars but something like it.

 

heres a link to more pics if you care to browse. Also still working on brackets for the 600rr tail. Will get more pics of that as I get it done. Just put the fairings on for mock up with exhaust. Will probably cut the can if i make the can come out of the fairing as shown in the last pic. Also thinking of doing white wheels...if anyone can photo shop fell free to do so, so i can get a better picture of how it may look.

here are some more pics! Just about done. Gotta bolt in the front seat, tail light, and license plate holder. So far here are a list of things ive done:

- F4i fairings and gauges
- 600rr tail and seats
- Sonic springs and spacers
- set the suspension sag and rebuilt with new seals, bushings, oil
- new front brake pads
- New levers
- HID 8k lights (dual lights)
- K and N airfilter
- carbs rebuilt- still have to sync them
- New paint (although its got spots to touch up)

In the next week ill be adding d3 grips, gel pads to the seats, giving it an oil change, and ill have the f4i rear shock coming in. Still debating on swapping it out. and Ill be adding risers and new bars. Also have a tank bag and saddle bags coming for a trip in march.

 

I would move the TPS connector to inside the frame and cut off the tab.

 

Need to make a bracket to move the rectifer inside the frame also.

 

not sure what the "tps" connector is but everything on the outside of the tail will be mounted on the inside of it. Not sure what reflector youre referring to either
