Default cbr f3. slow acceleration all the way through

Been working on this bike for a long time. 96 f3. Carbs completely cleaned. Good stock jets. Needles and boots good. Good compression. New plugs. Bike was bogging when up to speed and after a lot of headache it was because from when my bike was stolen and dumed one of the ram air vent in the front tilted up so it wasnt getting the air it needed. Now there is no bog. Smooth acceleration, but it is way slower than it was in its prime. K&n filter. Running rich? Maybe bypassing the air solenoid will help bring it back to full life? With everything I did carb wise and everything else this is something related to air. Rich mixture maybe is why its slow? Any questions just ask. Thanks for the help!

What do your plugs look like? That is the best inducator of rich/lean situations.

Glad it was a super easy an non-$$$ fix. Those are always the best.
