Carb sync and pilot screw adjustment

Hi guys.

I'm currently doing a full rebuild of the carbs for my 95' 600F3. I have installed a stage 1 jet kit (main jets changed from 135, 138, 138, 135 to 138, 140, 140, 138. Slow jet still 40) due to high flow air filter and full Delkevic exhaust system.
Because of this, I also reset the pilot screws to the default 2 turns out.

Now to my question: do I adjust the pilot screws before the carb sync or after?

Before and after ultrasonic cleaner:

Hi matey , as the Pilot Screws are mainly for Idle set them at Factory, before carb sync (can always check after if they run black on idle). They came up nice and clean:)

Those carbs came up real clean man. Looking at syncing mine and getting an ultrasonic clean.

I bought mine 3 years ago and have not regretted it for a second. See link below for a video when I did the brake calipers for my cbr125r. I love the sound from these machines. It sound like "BSSSSSSSSIM-GONNA-CLEAN-THIS-****-FOR-YOUUUUU"

Yes before sync. I'd turn the pilots out 2 1/2.
