Hey all, I've got a 96 California model. Its has a lot of popping on deceleration and sometimes runs a little rough. Thinking about pulling all the emissions stuff since I'm in Colorado and at a much higher altitude. online searches for the last hour have come up with nothing but some old forums where people have asked the same thing with my same symptoms but with no solution. Anyone know what i can and cannot do to remove all this stuff?

 

Are you running stock exhaust or aftermarket? My '95 with a D&D pipe pops on deceleration and from what I hear they all do with aftermarket exhaust.

 

running an aftermarket exhaust, vance and hines ssr2. I read a forum where the guy pulled his emissions off his f4 and it helped cure the decel pop. More just want to eliminate it for fun.
