practicing a lot lately...maybe i can make tighter turns...

Glad to see that you are out there practicing your turns. Next time you saddle up, make sure to clasp your helmet strap. In the above picture you can see it dangling there with the red button. It's no good if it doesn't stay on your head. Also, try and pick up a set of gloves and a jacket.

Looks like you will be needing a new front tire. Looks bald to me. If you are to replace one of them it should be the front. Thats where most of the weight the turning grip goes in a turn. If its bald you will wash out. Wont be a pretty sight.

As for making a tighter turn. Dont be afraid to lean your body into the turn. Put the majority of your weight on the inside peg during a turn. This will bring your center of gravity lower allowing for a tighter turn. It also helps to countersteer in the turn, do this by pushing away the handlebar on the turn side, and lightly pulling towards you the handle bar to the outside of the turn.

Try those, let us know how it works out for you.

great advice...i do have a jacket and gloves...just wanted to do a quick photoshoot of the bike...lol!

i know it's no excuse...i just got a little lazy to put them on...but believe it or not, i do put them on just not on those pictures...the very first picture i had my gear on.

i will try to make those turns with your advice...

what about making u-turns at a light? i was honked on real bad the other day because i took forever turning...
