How long since the carbs were cleaned?
Sounds like a possibly stuck float.
Might try running some Sea Foam or equivalent carb cleaner
through a couple of tanks.
Best bet might be a through disassembly/cleaning.
If you can stand to wait, IDoDirt will be back soon from the Austin MotoGP.
He's the F3 guru, when he doesn't have his eyes glued to the track, lol.

I'm with Kuro on this, sounds like vent is clogged.
When the tank heats up it, literally, crams gas through the system.
The vent is the smaller of the 2 hoses on the bottom of the tank.
The larger one is the gas-cap over-flow.
If the cap pops when you release it, the vent is clogged.
If so, drain the tank, hook compressed air to the smaller tube and blow into the tank.
Be sure the gas-cap is OPEN when you do this.
Otherwise, you risk ballooning the tank.
When you've cleared the clog, pour about a quart of kerosene in.
Swish it around and then drain all of the resultant debris out.
You should pull the petcock and clean the mesh filter-screen, at the same time.
Good luck, hope this helps, Ern
