I over heat while I'm in traffic above 35 the bike cools down........ when I check the oil level sometimes its all the way up n sometimes theirs none at all... I check the bikes oil by warming the bike up n letting it cool for 3 min and den straighten da bike n put da dipstick in n not screwin it on and it gives me those readings

well the bike heating up in traffic is normal for f3s .as said bikes are mainly air cooled n if your sitting alot in traffic its gonna go up to the 3/4 mark maybe more once it does not go into the red its ok . what you should try to do is put your idle as low as possible. set it while the bike is heated up to around 1500 but when your in traffic while riding lower it even more as low as posibble to where the bike sounds like it wants to cut off but not quite .

Hmm I'm having this same problem with my f3. Rode around the block a few times in 1st and 2nd, not going over 35mph the whole time and my temp gauge was at the very top. Bike rides ok but I'm a noob and not sure what to check for???

Is there any white or black smoke coming from the exhaust after the bike has been warmed up? And how well does it pool when accelerating? As said before could be air/fuel mixture. When was the air filter last changed? And top up the oil. Sounds like you are a bit too low on it. and check the spark plugs. If you are running too lean on the mixture u might burn the head gasket.
