anything above 140 is what u should look for . n thats with a mix of aggressive riding n stop n go or highway.

 

Mine also varries quite a lot, the worst I have had is 120miles before going to reserve, but I think i usually get between 160 and 180 miles, I run mine on super unleaded which seem to help the mpg.
Does anyone know the 0-60 times for an F3? I have looked into it but not found any definative answers.

 

40 MPG Average on street.
I've gotten as high as 50 (when I first started riding) and as low as 20mpg on the track.

0-60 times should be less than 4 seconds with a good rider and less than 12 second 1/4 mile.
