heres my project bike. thought id share. when i first got this bike, i wasnt gonna touch it. but my car projects have come to a halt.

i love dementeds bike, so thats why i went in that direction. hope your not mad demented! loved it that much.














waiting for cowl to come in, then prep tank for paint. going to try white with a red pearl. thinking about painting the frame a dark grey metallic. new tire, sprockets and chain going on tomorrow. also wanna redo my exhaust. was in a hurry and really didnt look at it from the back. it needs some more clearance near the heal and i dont want it to bend so much.

also gotta cut out a rear cover for under tail

You guys and your F3's make me think though..

If I was to do a big swap on the F3, it would definitely be in the forks and the swingarm. Just me, I guess.

Nah, i knew it wouldn't be long before a few more popped up. Hell how you think i got the idea to do the F4i front LOL. Looks good so far. I was actually thinking of changing to the newer style 600rr rear like yours, looks good. DId you make the mounts for the rear seat or you keepin the chicks off the back....


KidCr3nshaw- a front end swap and possibly a 600rr swingarm are already in the works. I just want to make sure im not going to screw up the bikes suspension as it rides awesome now with the racetech front springs and shocks and the fox twin clicker rear.

 

lol, made the mount. just had the lock re-keyed too. gonna do a seat again after i finish the under tail exhaust (not sure when thatll be). my girlfriend is bitching now since she cant ride anymore, so thats why i had to make the seating mount. I also welded some tabs on the frame for the 600rr seat. just got some long bolt type dealios at Ace. the seat side fairings still doesnt sit flush with the tank though. the bra is hiding a good chunk

KidCr3nshaw - actually i have the vfr swingarm sitting right in the back ready to go on, but being as im really enjoying the bike right now, i dont wanna have it go into any downtime. once my project cars are back, ill have something to enjoy. so till then, no big changes. havent really looked into the front forks yet though. didnt rs919 have gsxr forks?
