There aren't any Chrome rims from Honda, but there certainly are F3 wheels that have been chromed out there. I see advertisements on ebay all the time for F3 Chrome rims. I guess it would be up to you to decide which is more cost efficient, getting yours done or purchasing a second set of wheels. Just search ebay for F3 Chrome Wheel.

You can actually get a pretty impressive result by simply polishing the existing aluminium - I did the outer edges on mine years ago (see Netrider - connecting riders! Australia's premier motorcycle community. News, Discussion Forums, Links, Classifieds, Articles, Events Calendar, and more... for the how-to) - a bit of elbow grease required, but a lot cheaper - for reference they're much brighter/shinier than in the photos, but do require regular polishing.

Since doing that, I've been polishing all sorts of parts on the bike (finally getting it back on the road) - I'd recommend getting a small polishing wheel that you can attach to your drill - there's a few different kits available here in Australia which work really well coming with two different wheels and matching grades of compound - basically the same as the two larger wheels I've got for the bench grinder
