WOW!!!
Nice find, man! We can't really say unless you show us some pics and give us some feedback on any noises you might hear when riding...
But I can say with almost certainty, that unless it needs a new engine and tranny, you've gotten a killer deal!
Go over the bike with the fairings off and look at the frame. Make sure everything looks as straight as possible, look for non-factory welds, straighten the front wheel and check to see of the clip-ons sit straight with the wheel. Ummm... you might want to go ahead andswap the cam chain tensioner if the bike has a little rattle to it (do a search for, "CCT").
Hold the front brake and push down on the forks. You should have some good resistence and the forks should relatively quickly rebound to normal position. Check yourrotors for grooves or ridges. Look for leaking fluid around the fork seals, check your brake lines for leaks or build-up of fluids. Make sure your throttle doesn't hang up (it may when it's not running, not too big of a deal, but be aware of it).
What else...
Check your brake fluid, anti-freeze, change your oil/oil filter. Might as well change the plugs (good practice). Take your tank off and check the air filter. Also, check your chain wear indicator and sprockets. You should have about an inch of slack (don't know the metric... 25mm?) and your line-up marks should be inside, or in front of the blue indicator mark.
If you check out good on most/all of this stuff, you got a killer deal! I can't believe it - awesome. We need to see pics though... please!
One question... does the bike have a title?

thanx guys, yeah everything checks out the only thing that i need is a new right side rear side pannel its broken in the front corner where the first push in clip is. other then that every thing is good. I bought it from a young guy that said the bike was not running good and that it would boug out once it warmed up and it wont idle so i took the bike to my house befor i bought it and changed the oil and filter, plugs, coolant and then put it back togher still wouldent start but it was back fireing so i kinda thought that it sounded like the timeing was out but after thinking about it i realized that the wires were in the wrong fireing order (Not from me) every wire was out i put them back into the right fireing order and she fired right up dosent boug on me and i set the idle and the bike runs great, so long story short he was asking $4500canadian and got him down to $1000 because the idiot had the plug wires in the place.hahah i was pretty happy when i had it running good and i only paid 1000 for it and some 2-3 hours labour. Anyways i will be on freaquently THANX GUYS.....
