Default is this 96 f3 worth the buy?

Hi guys, I'm planning on getting this 96 f3 but I wanted to get a few more opinions on what other bike/f3 owners think before I made the decision

http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/mcy/1086747494.html

I've personally checked out the bike and brought along a friend that knew bikes, honda's specifically, and he said even after the drop and damages, it's still worth the buy

I've tried to offer the guy lower starting at 1500 and using the damages as the reason but he's holding the price at 1900 firm and not any lower.

So is it worth the buy? Thanks in advance

If it runs good, it's worth the buy. Plastics are perishable, they come and go. Worry about the frame and motor/trans.

1900 is generally a steal for f3's, especially here on the east coast where prices are outrageous

well I don't mind the plastics being damaged the least bit
I went back and did a little bit more extensive test riding than I did the first time
took the bike out onto the highway and got up to 70 very promptly and smooth as well. doesn't seem like the motor has any problems

throttle, brakes, clutch, shifting, all work out as they should

frame is pretty sturdy as far as I would know (which isn't much), but it was fine when I did some swerving and moved the bike left to right and doing turns

tried to get him to go lower once again but he wouldn't budge, looks like if I do buy the bike I'd have to pay the full 1.9

should there be anything else I should look out for and/or test for a bike like this?

Good electronics/lights, good tires, smooth idle and power.
