Default 900RR Fairings on an F3??

Hey everyone,

I recently bought my first bike a few months back and have since been restoring it from a track only bike to a street legal bike. I found a good deal on some 900RR plastics and am considering attempting the swap. Im going to have to make my own brackets im sure but Im just curious if anyone else has tried this and might have any experience or advice they might be able to offer me.

Thanks alot in advance everyone!

i dont think anyone has tried the 900rr fairings... for the f3, it would be easier and less work to do a f4i conversion... but it wouldnt hurt to try the 900 rr conversion.

I was looking for F4i fairings when I stumbled across the 900RR fairings. After a little photo comparisons I think that they may work and if they dont it wont be much lost cash. So if anyone has any helpful tips or thoughts it would be much appreciated. Ill try and photograph it as I go and maybe make a How-to thread if all goes well.

u might have to fab something up for the front fairing stay since i believe it goes out towards the rider as opposed to under the faring. look up how the 900rr farings stay on the bike compared to the f2/3

the lowers and the tails are always the easiest. the front is relatively the hardest
