There was a 1krr swap on here somewhere... can't remember who, but I'm certain there was one.

probably 2.5 full days of messing around with it. i was working on it a few hours here/few hours there between christmas and new years. i had to take it all apart to rhinoliner it too. the toughest part was grinding the passenger peg mounts and all the other electronic mounts off the frame and finding a place to relocate the ecm, r/r & shock can, that took quite a while. overall, not to shabby i didnt think for the drastic change in appearance. i just used some random steel from the farm, welder, grinder(flap grind disc and cutoff disc), and some black paint.

Hey willduce, did you have to cut off the hard plastic from under the RR seat pad? I have a 600rr seat and when I try to mount it onto the subframe, the tank bolt that connects the F3 tank to the frame is in the way and the seat wont sit down properly

yeah I ground out the plastic for the bolt head, I also removed the big rubber thing where the tank mounts to lower it down so everything fit better.

I removed the rubber insulator under the tank and cut the top off of it so i could adjust the bottom legs at my leisure so i could still have the insulation and used a pan head bolt in the tank instead of the standard
