Default 600rr Tail conversion

Hi I am currently doing a 600rr tail conversion on my 93 f2. I know this is the threads for an f3 but it seems more people have done this conversion on an f3 so I figured a post here couldn't hurt. I have the conversion almost wrapped up and it goes to the paint shop on Monday of next week. Everything is completed all I have left to really do is wire the tail light in. I ordered an integrated tail light off of ebay(which has already arrived) and I am wondering if you have any suggestions on how to go about wiring this tail light. I thank you for taking the time.

Pics of the bike will be posted once it is painted and finally looking the way this bike has always deserved to look. But if you need pics of the wires I can post those tmrw. As far as the wiring goes the rr taillight has 3 wires(thats it) where the f2 has a thousand wires. If it was as simple as match up the wires I can def. do but how do I get all those wires(brake light wires and turn signals) down to just three? Thanks in advance for you help.

it is an integrated taillight, seems to have LEDs, I had the same first thought but then what turns the signals?

should be 5 wires on the integrated light..blue yellow red black and white...black is ground red is for brake...white is running light and the yellow and blue are for the turn signals(may vary slightly on the turn signals) basically what you're going to have to do is either find a wiring diagram for your f2 and figure out what wires you need to hook up and which ones you can leave free and match them to the rr light

That seems much more logical and that I can wire myself. I am currently contacting the seller as i must have gotten a non integrated unit or they can at least assist me with a wire diagram for the light. Thank you and I will keep you posted

My R1 LED Tailight had 3 wires and was just a standed taillight and if i had gone for the intergrated one it would have been 5 wires, it doesnt seem physicly possible to wire in a integrated tail light on just 3 wires, i can only pressume he sent the wrong one.
