That's a first for me. I haven't heard of this one. If you change the head, I can't imagine that the intake ports are in exactly the same place to mount the carbs, or the cam chain being perfectly aligned with the F3 crank sprocket. I guess it's possible. Not sure how many of the design features carried over from the F3 engine.

What year RR head had you heard about ?

i want tp say ot may fit because i dont see any differences in the block of the 600rr and the old 600cc motors. but i would say that most of your headache would be wiring your bike as a FI bike and thats where the $$ starts spending.

Will it bolt right up? No. But I guess anything is possible if your going to spend the $$$. If $$$ is no object, then I would look into a set of cams & head work. A 636 is always an option on the F2 & F3. Your going to spend as much money on getting a RR head to work propperly, if at all, as you are doing other mods.

Have you changed the sprocket gearing yet? That'll give it a little more kick.

Also, if you're wanting more power. Have you tuned your carbs now that you have the new exhaust and filter? That's probably where your power went. You will actually loose some power if you thrown on a different exhaust and not tune for it.

There are plenty of places that will professionally dyno tune bikes. You should look it up before doing anything drastic to the engine.
