Default 6 Sigma jets

Anyone have any words of wisdom on this companys jet kit (6sigmaengineering on eBay) the bike currently has a yosh r&d pipe and header and k&n filter. Figured this would be the next step after cleaning the carbs and not much difference. Says it includes

Main Jets
Needle Adjusters
Nylon Spacers
Drill Bits for
Slide Hole Modification
Idle Mixture Modification
Slide Spring Modification
Bike Specs
Carb Schematic
Carb Synchronizer Tool (how to build for $5)
Step by step instructions with photos customized to your bike.

From what I can tell, 6 Sigma is an unknown guy in a garage selling on ebay, I looked at some other forums and there were guys saying they bought it and were happy with it, but take that with a grain of salt. The needle adjusters are just shims from what I read.

his business profile seems legit enough. Just tried calling him. Guess I'll just have to wait and find out. Anyone know anything about the 3 modifications listed above?

Well Just got my kit today. He sent me 142.5 and 140 main jets with an extra set of 145 in case of a lean condition. D idle tool was included also. Great instructions with additional info for detailed carb clean and making olyour own cArb sync tool. Only thng I have a ? About it says to clip off 1 turn of the slide spring. In my research I hadn't ran across anyone doing this??

I'm interested in the 6 sigma jet kit on ebay also. It looks like they have the same things as the dynojet jet kit. How did the Carb Sync tool work, it came with it? I want to do this, and it would be nice to not have to buy the sync, especially since they include it. I guess it is an engineering company doing some racing stuff? How did it work out?

I should be getting my stage 2 from these guys today. Just got a k& n and yoshimura R&D pipe, so the stage 2 seems like a good choice. Bikes been in storage for 10 years, got new paint, now to get the cobwebs outta the carbs

Welcome to the forums. Would you share and post the instructions on building the sync tool?

Default 6 sigma jets/decent company

put a set of 6 sigma jets in 142.5 inside carbs/140 outside. 142 pilot jets. drilled out slider air bleeder holes with supplied 3/32" bit and added 1 washer to the existing one on needle to start. got a yoshimura R&D can and K&N filter. on my '97 600f3. Big difference. woke her right up. increased throttle response, noticeable acceleration (now I can get the front tire in the air without trying) Dont know how their customer service is because I,m super happy with the results from their stage 2 kit. cheap money and worth the work.
