That looks like a F2 Clutch cover. You may have a F3 frame with F2 motor and front end. Check the top of the transmission area. Do you have a set of wires coming out for the speed sensor? Is there a TPS sensor on the left side of the carbs? Do you have a "ram air" scoop under the lower triple tree? Take some pics of the front end. Need more info.
