is there a write up / pictorial guide for removing, servicing, etc the carbs? PO left the gas on all winter and it's not wanting to fire up. I plan to check spark first but since I know it ran when it was parked for the season I'm more inclined to blame the carbs.

 

Here you go. These are for a F3 but the principles are the same. If I'm not mistaken, the F2 has a screen for the float needle valve. The f3 doesn't have that.
