I bought my 94 F2 out of necessity. We just moved back from the UK and we needed a 2nd vehicle. I called up a good friend of mine, he put out the word and he found me a bike within 48 hours. The bike needs work but is to be expected of a bike of this age. And to top it off it came with a spare motor and tranny. Pretty sweet deal.

I have always wnated a bike but never really had the money or motivation to buy one in a small town. I moved to a bigger town and had a commute, so i decided now was the time for a bike. My friend was looking to get rid of his F2, got engaged and she layed down the law, so i bought it for 2800, only had 8,000 mi.

Just recently bought my 93 cbr 600f2. first sportbike i have ever owned, thought it would be a good one to learn on. Although i do need to do some work to it before spring comes around. Front rotors, battery, plugs and wires. About how much do you think i will spend if i do these jobs my self as compared to taking it to a shop?

a LOT LESS. the dealer or an independant shop generally cost a lot more in labor.

I decided on an F2 for my second bike because, 1. I cant afford an F4i and 2. I like the F2 styling and just overall quality. oh yeah, and the F2 is insanely simple to work on.

[sm=youreright.gif] +1, on the simple to work on. i bought mine because at the time it was on top of its game and was the only bike at the time i could afford. all around good bikes, for stunting or twisties...

I bought mine because this is the bike i wanted......its a Honda, easy to work on if you have to, its a bike way ahead of its time.My 94 mildly modified beats alot of my friends newer 600.Not to mention the comfort of riding this bike is second to non and i consider it to be awfully rider friendly.Friendly enough for a new rider, Hard enough to entertain a pro...................kurt

I bought my f2 off a friend for 1500 bucks. He bought it as a started bike and then he needed money so i picked it up as my starter. It still holds up against some of the newer 600's. Some people dont know what an older honda can do. Im still debating on going newer next year ill have to see what money is like.
