The pistons and connecting rods would be the weak links

Keep your eyes out for head gasket and/or main bearing failure. Rods fail from RPM not cylinder pressure (usually). NOS (cylinder pressure) will try to push the head up and the crank down. Proper head and main torque should be checked. Modern 600's do 130HP lap after lap all day. You are just trying to do it a few seconds at a time. Make your spray progressive and your pistons won't go into shock. Top ring gap will be a problem if you go to high. The ring heats up and grows and siezes the piston in the bore which usually breaks the piston crown. If you take the time to put some extra gap in the top ring, re-torque your heads and main saddles your chances will be better. I bet you could see 140hp. Good luck!

Come's down to this when spraying:

-What are your currently at for cylinder pressure(close to stock). This will determine a good motor which you need.

-A/F(air fuel). You need to have the correct setting..richer is better than leaner. Granted you make more power when lean yet you will be safer on a tad richer.

-How you activate the system. If your not at WOT(wide open throttle) when using it..might as well say goodbye.

-Make sure the jets you do put in there is something ridiculous. As you know..the bigger the more chance of something breaking a lot faster.

People in here will say nitrous is not safe and blah blah blah. Its the user that uses it. Unless you get all the accessory's for it..its not worth it(bottle heater, good system, etc). Remember a lot of people will voice there opinion yet not one person in here has done it on this bike..so really we don't know the limits. Only way we know the limits is for somebody to do it.
