What is this tank? What does it hold?
What is this? You have to kneel down to get a clear view it is be hund the suspention spring/shock: What is the white plastictank that has "Upper" and "Lower" on it it is not a clear platic tank, it is thick white hard plastic and I can see some type of fluid sloshing around in there.

Could be the rear brake fluid resevoir, what color is the lid and how big is the resevoir?
Brake fluid resevoir has either a yellow/orange or red lid and it's smaller than the coolant resevoir.
