you got it replaced with the qualifier? i guess so because you had the made in taiwan special before. it was probably tahoe's cousin that made that tire. that's why it blew on you.

well that is what i am going to get it replaced with. the tire that blew was the 110 and i do not know what brand it is. But i am going to get the qualifier front tire to match the qualifier that i have on the rear.

good choice. i wouldn't mix and match with tires. good luck getting it fixed. are you from sd or were you just riding there?

Sorry to hear you went down......
I hate to see or hear about any fellow MC rider hit the ground. I am glad you are ok. (Looks like the helmet did its job...thank goodness!)
Hope you heal up quickly and aren;t feeling too much pain. Roadrash never feels good but if thats all you ended up with then <whew>.
As for tires, I would refrain from mix n matching them. I run Metzlers on my ride I have a buddy who has Dunlops both good brands. I'm curious, had you checked tire pressure or looked at them for wear prior to them giving out?
Anyhow, glad your still wiyj us and things didn't turn out any worse.
