is ur rear swing-arm offset or not?
i was looking to get a rear stand for my f2 and found out that some models require a special stand cause one-side of the rear swing arm is about 5/8 of an inch lower than the other-side (hence what is called, offset).
anyone else here familiar or have any experience with that? i was lookin at the back of my bike and kinda noticed how one side of the swing arm was a little lower but then again, i was too lazy to stand it up right and do the measurements.. went ahead and ordered a universal stand kit based on honda service techs that had no reference to it which makes me think its not an issue at all..

no, it supposedly was manufactured that way for particular year cbr's based on the tech i spoke to.. kinda like how some bikes have only one swing arm, double, and this one just is less than an inch offset.. my guess is that its too little of a length for most ppl to notice or cause any issues..
I think you being sold down the river, all early CBRs have the same swinging arm up until they changed the chassis to alloy box in 1998
even the new CBF has the old CBR swinging arm and it's not offset you can put a sraight edge across and they should be even. try taking the wheel off see if the spindle comes out freely,
and if your so sure wth your last post why the question in the 1st place??
