Alrighty i was wanting to make my bike look more up to date. Right now im putting an f4i tail on my 94 f2. I was going to do all f4i plastics but i kind of want to keep the left and right fairings on the f2. Is there any upper fairng mods you guys could suggest to me that would be kind of simple that wouldnt involve too much molding and cost? I seen valkie's mod of the R1 fairing and i liked it alot but he wouldnt tell me how to do it soo any help out there

 

Just stay away from aftermarket parts farings... as good new as they look... They never work out! I'v spent Hundreads on aftermarket farings and had too start again from scratch.. They dont bolt up right and i dont think there built with out saftey inmind.. if your really up on this idea.. Buy a set of newer head lights and mold your OEM stock faring around them.. do it simple...

make a cut out with cardboard and mold around it with fiberglass type bondo.. Might take some time but it should look pretty good in the end.

 

this is my upper i made using an f2 and a r6 upper. it did take some work, but i was able to do it in a weekend.
