I purchased a used F2 some time ago for track use. Upon disassembly of the tail, I noticed the previous owner had done a home made fender eliminator and mounted the tail light bracket to the subframe using aluminum blocks.

Just to verify, the tail light bracket mounts to the fender assembly, and the fender assembly mounts to the subframe?

Any photos would be greatly appreciated.
