Default sylvania bulbs

I read a post somewhere that bikes that dont use halogens can use the sylvania bulbs as a direct install without purchasing a halogen kit. I looked on sylvania's site, can anyone tell me wheich bulbs i need... dual or single filiment etc. thanks guys!

WTF!!!????
OK, now I'm confused. I read this thread and immediately did a search on the whole forum. So the F2/F3 bikes DON'T have halogens bulbs? Aren't they H4 bulbs? I thought H4s WERE halogen. I was also under the impression that you could get Silverstars in H4, but aren't all Silverstars halogen? Please help me to understand.
Bottom line. What can be done in a stock fairing to brighten up the headlight, without spending $150 and WITHOUT blinding oncoming traffic?
