hey i just got my new ebay special in. its a cheap version of acerbis's streetfighter. got it for 44 bucks shipped. and currently sanding and paint it cuz the fake carbon fiber is fugly.... i'll have a final result pic after its done.

i dont like the ufo version. i paid 40 bucks for mine too and i have the diamond version

wicked... i like the diamond version but its a little too edgey for me. after i get the solo tail on like i want this one will match pretty well i think.

sirr1 i love the helmet idea. thats kickass. where did you get the idea..

 

ohh ya here is the first coat of color. its the REd/BLUE color of the mirage series by duplicolor. i have been impressed with them lately. they should just sponsor my damn bike.. lol

looks pretty good, yeah it is pretty edgy but i got a hell of a deal so i couldnt pass it up. i really want the cyclops but i dont wanna pay that much for it. looks good man. i like to consider my self a rattle can painter too, although i do know how to use a spray gun very very well

 

oh and the helmet idea........that is freaking sick man. i love it. looks awesome

 

Two Wheel Tuesday on the Speed Channel, there is a program called Superbikes.

They (Super Bikes) spotlighted a bike builder from the San Fran area and on one of his bikes was this head light, an old Bell full face helmet cut in half mounted with a pair of round fog lights as headlights.

I was like what in the helldid I just see, thanks to TiVo I was able to print thepic from TV.

I was like I can build one of these and what you see on my CBR is the result.

Yo. that helmet streetfighter headlight thing is TIGHT. originality at its finest.

 

How much modding do those take to fit? I dig it. Would look sick on my F3 as a street fighter.
